From start to finish, we loved this little hotel and we were treated so warmly and friendly by everyone who works there. We had a lot of interaction with two family members, Elio and his lovely sister ,who offered us every bit of assistance or advice possible. They warmly welcomed us and made us feel part of their family. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and I think would have done anything to make our stay even better. We liked it so much we returned a week later before coming home and stayed three more nights. We plan to visit the Assisi area again and would stay there without even thinking about anywhere else! It is minutes from everything the Assisi area offers in a country setting with a lot of trees and fields nearby. We'd highly recommend this lovely hotel as it's everything promised and so much more. Great food and a lot of it, lovely pool, comfortable rooms, beautiful views, flowers everywhere, peaceful, relaxing, and wonderful -- the friendliest, warmest, welcoming place you could imagine. A true gem!

The family that ownes the hotel are very friendly and will help you in everything.What we especially liked is to eat at lunch time near the swimming pool and jacuzi.That was luxury !!

We spent Easter at a hotel in the heart of Umbria and loved it. The setting was beautiful and serene in the hills. The homemade jams and marmalades were divine and the pool and spa area was very relaxing. We loved the dense and lush nature around the hotel which made for a great trekking experience.

There was only street parking around the hotel, which meant we had to take a cab every time we wanted to go anywhere. , the hotel seemed to be a little understaffed during the busy Easter period as we had to wait quite a bit at the reception and restaurant.

Our countryside hotel stay was an amazing experience. The location close to the picturesque town, with its incredible views, was just perfect for nature lovers. The hotel services were fantastic, and staff were attentive and friendly, providing a wealth of information on local attractions. Our room was lovely, with large windows allowing natural light to enhance the beautiful decor. The relaxing pool area and comfortable sunbathing facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a great choice of traditional Umbrian cuisine and homemade jams.

The hotel lacked evening dining options, making it a little inconvenient for guests who prefer dining at the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The facilities were perfect: great swimming pool, game room with foosball, table tennis and a pool table. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they even sent their own taxi driver for us which saved us money. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with fast Wi-Fi. The hotel is well-located close to main attractions.

This hotel was a refreshing break from the busy cities of our Italy trip. It's located in a beautiful region with stunning landscapes. The family running the hotel was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even provided a taxi service, which was cheaper than a regular taxi, to pick us up from the bus stop. The food was delicious with a good selection of homemade jams and marmalades. The pool and spa facilities were amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. Our stay was fantastic, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, and had great suggestions for nearby outings. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a small but adequate bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. And let's not forget about breakfast – a delightful spread of local cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, and organic jams that were the perfect start to my day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing to complain about.
